1. Who we are
Habib Capital Social is a social media scheduling service operated by Habib Capital LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Habib Capital Social. Our address is 31 Venetian Way, Unit 1317, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Contact us at admin@habibcap.com.
The service is available at https://social.habibcap.com. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Habib Capital LLC.
2. What the service does
Habib Capital Social lets you connect your own social media accounts, write posts, schedule them, publish them, and view basic results. You choose which accounts to connect and what to post.
3. Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address and password (stored as a one way hash) when you or your organization creates a login.
Connected social account information. When you connect an account, the platform gives us an access token and, where the platform provides it, a refresh token. We also receive basic profile details such as the account name, username, profile picture, account ID, and the list of Pages, channels or boards you chose to connect.
Content you create. Post text, images, videos, links, hashtags, schedules and drafts, and the status of each post.
Analytics. If you use reporting features, we store metrics the platform returns for your connected accounts, such as followers, impressions, reach, views and engagement counts on your posts.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, and server logs needed to run and secure the service.
We do not collect your private messages. We do not read content from your accounts beyond what the permissions you grant require for scheduling, publishing and reporting.
4. How we use information
- To sign you in and run your workspace.
- To publish and schedule posts to the accounts you connect, at the times you choose.
- To show you post status and analytics.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account, security, billing and service changes.
We do not sell your information. We do not use data from connected accounts for advertising, to build profiles, or to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Platform data and platform rules
Data we receive from a platform is used only to provide the features you asked for. Our use is bound by each platform's terms, including:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads): Meta Platform Terms.
- TikTok: TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Content Sharing Guidelines.
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
- Pinterest: Pinterest Developer Guidelines.
- X: X Developer Agreement and Policy.
- Google and YouTube: YouTube API Services Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Google API Services disclosure: Habib Capital Social's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube users can revoke our access to their data at any time through the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Sharing
We share information only:
- With the social platforms you connect, to publish your posts and fetch your analytics.
- With service providers that run our infrastructure: Hetzner Online (cloud servers in the United States) for the app and Vercel for this website, and an email delivery provider for account emails.
- If required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security.
- If our business is sold or merged, with notice to you.
7. Where data is stored and how long
App data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online in the United States.
We keep account data while your account is active. Scheduled posts, media and analytics are kept until you delete them or close your account. After you disconnect an account, we delete its access tokens immediately and delete its stored profile data and analytics within 30 days. After account closure we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer. Copies in backups are removed as backups roll off on their normal schedule.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic, restrict access to production systems, and keep software updated. Access tokens are stored in our database with access limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
We do not claim any security certification or compliance attestation.
9. Your choices and rights
- Disconnect any social account inside the app at any time. This removes our stored tokens for it.
- Revoke our access from the platform's own settings (for example Facebook Business Integrations, TikTok security settings, LinkedIn permitted services, Google permissions, X connected apps, Pinterest apps).
- Ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing admin@habibcap.com.
- Delete your data using the steps at https://habibcap.com/data-deletion.
Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area) you may have additional rights, including to know what we hold, to delete it, and to object to processing. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children
The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Requests from public authorities
If a government agency or other public authority asks us for personal data, we: (a) review whether the request is lawful and properly issued; (b) challenge requests we believe are unlawful, overbroad or improper; (c) disclose only the minimum data legally required; and (d) document each request, our response, the legal basis and the people involved. Where the law allows, we notify the affected user before disclosing.
12. Cookies
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure the app. We do not use advertising cookies in the app.
13. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way we will post the new version here and email account owners. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
